I am so sorry for what you are going through. I went through the same thing with my brother. He asked for my help but then he rejected it. He went on the path of chemo and radiation. And, following what the doctors said which was at that point diet was unimportant and he could eat what he wanted. The best thing you can do is to just be there for your brother, being supportive and loving. Everyone has to make their own choices.
