I agree that raising children is an experiment all the way. Therefore I oppose procreation altogether, but this is another story. But it is true that raising children on 811rv is a path so far not traveled by many. And without sufficient knowledge (or at least evidence) and thus having to rely on the information from others, who, first and foremost, are motivated by ideology, a parent takes on significant risk. However in this case there is no room for error and no second chance. Lukily I am not in the same situation. And it is difficult to suggest something here; if someone decides to conduct this particular experiment upon their offspring, they should at least monitor health markers (e.g. regular blood tests), and supplement certain micronutrients that are missing or are likely missing or low in the diet or that depend on unhampered conversion by the body itself, e.g. long chain pufa or vtamin a or d.
