yip very aware of the marekting ploys around, I read it with an open mind though and not thinking i need to buy that supplement. What do you think of glycation?

I'm vegan for ethical reasons but I also don't want to age badly. Just my opinion but some raw fooders/vegans aren't aging well at all :(
