As you may have guessed from the other posts, there are many factors which can negatively impact blood serum Vitamin B12 levels. One that I have not seen mentioned yet is chlorinated water. Eliminate at least ingesting it, if not bathing in it and using it for other things as well. Drinking chlorinated water may lead to lower B12 levels long-term.
