I'm sure others will chime in, but my experience was that I felt tired for the first few weeks or so. The best thing to do when tired is to sleep more. I think I slept about 12 hours a day for a few weeks, and would have slept more if I could have fit it into my schedule. Whatever the specific cause of feeling tired (detox, adjusting to a lower blood pressure, adjusting to a lack of stimulants or stimulant food, etc.), the solution is quite possibly just sleeping as much as possible for a while.
