Here is a little timeline summary of mine
About a month ago I went cold turkey and went raw.
2 weeks pure raw. 80/10/10 style
1 Cheat day
1 weeks of semi raw , semi cooked food(financial restrictions)
2 Weeks and counting of going Raw
The first 2 weeks i experienced were interesting. I had great mental clarity but i really felt tired. I understand this is my body detoxing and relaxing from being overstimulated. For the record, I always eat at maintenance or at a calorie surplus. I'm a 20 year old male.
I used to do a lot of resistance training before starting 80/10/10 but nowadays when i try to hit the weights I'm feeling unmotivated and my performance suffers. I know that raw eating is the way to go. But when will i finally break free from this strange lack of physical strength that i once knew? Is it a mental thing maybe ? I'd love your input Doug. I want to get back to squatting heavy again!
