Sugar fuels all cells, but it is not possible to starve cancer cells of sugar without starving all the cells of the entire body.
I don't differentiate between sugars in the way you asked. Instead, what I show and teach is that blood sugar is not kept at inordinately high levels when fat intake is kept at healthy levels.
