One thing whenever typical nutrition discusses sugar is that they
are in the context of a SAD...but this context matters. Even fruit
sugar, on a high fat diet, will give blood sugar and yeast issues.
Fruit is not a healing food in that context! You change the context
and look at the big picture, the overall diet.
