About B12 issues. I have been having some health issues since last October. In October I had a series of dizzy spells and with consultations and research I concluded that they were just vertigo.

Then more recently I had some upper respiratory and sinus issues where I would start to cough for long periods of time. I need to clear my throat almost all of the time. When I exercise I start to wheeze and it seems like asthma.

I assumed this is all genetic as my family has a long history of allergies and asthma.

Just yesterday I found a link:

http://forums.bettermedicine.com/showthread.php/9948-vitamin-b12-deficiency-is-commonly-misdiagnosed/page1514?s=7fad4b3fd3fd0fe4825b5c9e9c731fc8

where there is a discussion about B12 deficiencies. One of the posts gets into a problem with post nasal drip that went away with B12 supplementation as well as dizzyness. Maybe this is all coincidence but at least one other peson has been having the same symptoms as me and they were resolved with B12 supplementation.

I started to supplement with B12 yesterday. I will see if these symptoms disappear with the supplements.

There are many more symptoms of B12 deficiencies than what most people will tell you. Before going crazy worrying about a new symptom you might want to check your B12 or MMA.
