Contact me or matt via email if you have interest in this lovely fun, created by my training partner, Matt Starling: dr.graham@foodnsport.com matt Starling I challenge you, and anyone else we can convince, to join us for a mega cross training session…. There will be strength (all differentiated so everyone will be able to lift most, if not all the equipment!!) and fitness work. Aim is to have a really good mix of activities which will end up leaving us completely finished! I think the more people we can convince to join us the more of a laugh we should have. Hopefully we will be able to work every muscle group. Activities already planned include (other ideas welcome): · Tyre flipping (this is not the super heavy one we used to use for the strongman!) · Car pulling/pushing · Stone lifting · Cross country & hill running · Weight drag & carry · Mountain bike ride, (depending if everyone can bring a bike and only after everything else!) I guess we’ll last about 2-3hrs (depending on chatting time) and we will finish by sharing all the fruit we bring with us, so everyone bring enough. At this stage the plan is to meet at 9.30 on the playing field in Thakeham, next to the Thakeham Village Hall, and then, let the games commence………. Please share with others but let me know numbers so that I can make sure everything is set up.
