What is your recommended reading for the science of the detrimental effects of fat in the diet. People often point to articles like the link below that claim low-fat diets are actually unhealthy: These same people also often speak of indigenous populations that consume large amounts of animal products and thus high amounts of fat but who are "in optimal health." I 100% agree with a low-fat diet and believe it is the healthiest diet but I never know what to respond to the false science that these people cling to.
