Here in the US there is the 365 brand at Whole Foods which is unpasteurized (I have asked at several of the stores).

The bottle only says fresh squeezed with nothing about pasteurization. The location near where I live only has the 16 ounce sizes but they do come in other sizes as well. Not the best tasting juice but works great when in a hurry and I don't feel like carrying home 10 to 15 pounds of fresh oranges and manually squeezing them.

When I was in Hawaii there was a locally made brand there that indicated on the label that it was not pasteurized.

The Evolution brand has a couple of juices (orange, tangerine and grapefruit I believe) that say unpasteurized on the label, which are fresh squeezed also.

Finally Trader Joes has one kind of OJ that is unpasteurized but the taste is horrible compared to the other ones I mentioned here. I think they use a machine that allows lots of the oils from the orange peel in the juice therefore totally ruining the juice. These are also priced way lower than the other ones I mentioned above.

The best of course is to squeeze it yourself but almost as good is to buy it from a farmer's market where it was freshly squeezed either that morning or the night before the market opened. Mostly these are in California.
