Hello Mr Graham, hello Forum :-)
Today its my twelfth day of 80 10 10.
I have alleged thyroid hypofunction.
I did not lost weight and i have obstipation since months and still now
(shouldnt i eat bananas) ?
And every afternoon i have flatulence and also have, after eating the first
fruits the whole day a bloated belly, but never stomachache or other
Problems.
I was four days complete raw and now every second day i eat cooked food
in the afternoon, not vegan but no meat or fish, mostly pizza or pasta with
cheese.
I know my problems maybe could be solved when i would stay totally raw.
But how to do?
I now have a lot more energy since then but i have a feeling that my body
want to moving, my head sometimes feels like trance or unreal, this trance
feeling could come from the thyroid, alcohol, depression or anxiety but i
become more clearer in mind since i eat a lot of fruits.
For years, i had no energy, and really i mean nothing ! the whole last winter
i mostly lay in bed like an 80 years old and i was so cold and i think thats
the thyroid. By the way i dont take hormons and i don't go to doctor
because they would say i should take those homons for my problems.
So now i have more energy and i can imagine how much i would have
when i could be 100% raw.
So my opinion is when i would stay totally raw, i could heal myself.
Another, what i don't had tell is i had drunk lot of alcohol all my life and had
massive problems with this.
And i still smoke electro cigarettes, but i eliminate the nicotin drastically. I
know its not good but it is the last crook i need.
So,no alcohol, no coffein und much less nicotin sometimes i am completely
without and a lot of fruits and much more move and happiness. That's good
:-)
And i have or had a colon fungus but not candida i forgot the name and the
diagnose is some years ago and comes from an alternative practitioner.
Some curious, but after eating a big salad, i always wanted cooked food
and had my cooked food relapses. When i eat a lot of fruits til the evening i
have no other wishes and its easier to stay raw the whole day.
When i would hear to my body i would say he is wanting 100% fruits and a
lot of it and maybe later greens and vegetables.
Would it be okay to stay on fruits for a month or so? Or would be the
detoxify to strong ?
I eat about 1500 to 2000 calories i think, maybe that's too much because 1.
i think when i have an underfunction my need is not as high as other
women because my metabolism is sleeping ? and 2. i have no active
muscles so also a reason which cannot burn as much calories?
Maybe at the beginning 1000 calories would be better to help my thyroid
and my whole body and for losing weight?
Some facts, my size is 163 cm, 66 kg, fat 33%, muscles 36,8%, water
49,4% and 10% bones (?) I don't know how exact but this is what my scale
shows and i am 35 years.
So what should i do ? Give it time ? The book said maybe i need a year.
Will my body better digest fruits with time or only when i eat completely
raw?
Sorry it is long text and maybe confused but i am from Germany ;-)
Thank you Dr. Graham for broke the lance for fresh ripe fruits, i always
know that this is the main food for humans and never could understand that
the raw food scene always said be carefully with fuits. Now i understand a
lot more based on your book.
