It is best to avoid restaurants as much as is possible, unless they specially cater to low-fat raw vegans. Also, as Chris said you usually cannot find organic food in restaurants. If I had no choice but to eat out at a restaurant, I would go to a buffet where I could eat all of the fresh fruit and vegetables I could find. Just make sure it is fresh and ripe. If you are going out to eat with others, use your "veto power." Vegans and vegetarians use their "veto powers" so that the group goes to a restaurant with vegan or vegetarian options, low-fat raw vegans can do the same.
