Hi Everyone!

So I know that juice is not the ideal way to get greens in but I am in a point in my digestion/appetite that I absolutely do not want to eat greens or vegetables of any sort unless I add fat, which I cannot add much of so I'd rather find an alternative, not to mention, it doesn't help my digestion AT ALL and I just feel straight yucky! I've tried eating lettuce on it's on or celery and at the moment, and am even having trouble with with these two. What I would like to do is to simply make a green juice and drink that quickly. Any idea how to count calories/nutrition using cronometer with the juices? I've been estimating based on weight and converting it to volume in oz (not accurate I know). Does anyone have suggestions on this? Greatly appreciate!!

Thank you thank you!

Neda
