I would bring my own. You can make it out of low-fat fruits and/or greens such as organic tomatoes and mangoes. You can add lime, which is a fruit. You can add basil, which is a mild green. In fact, I bring the whole meal with me because organic fruits and greens are foreign to most restaurants. I filled out a health survey for my health insurance, and it asked me what type of grain I eat, ranging from whole grain to refined grain. There was no choice for no grain. I chose whole grain because it was required and because it was the closest answer to the concept of whole foods.
