You are following the diet and lifestyle very well. For me, foods from week to week can be the same, but over the year, I get variety. I wouldn't worry about the percentage of calcium and iron. Remember that we are not eating an acidic diet that causes calcium to leave the bones to neutralize our blood. See page 46 of The 80/10/10 Diet book, Acid-Alkaline Balance, for foods and activities that acidify us. Also, you are eating exclusively from the two highest sources of vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients: fruits and greens. You are eating foods that are easy to digest. You are eating the correct amount of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. You'll be eating a variety over the year. You can't improve on that because that is the best, the top. Essentially, your health is as good as its weakest link, which is why I mentioned those other lifestyle activities.

The Perfect Health Program audios are one of my favorites because they go into depth about whole diet and lifestyle. You learn about fitness like the five facets of fitness: cardio, strength, endurance, flexibility, and neurotraining (training the mind). You learn about frequency, intensity, and time in each activity. You learn about the one-disease concept, which is the toxic load. It broadens the concepts in The 80/10/10 Diet book.
