The success guide has caloronutrients (macronutrients) but does not have other nutrients. It refers to www.nutridiary.com, which Vicky is using, and www.fitday.com. It gives the daily maximums for overt fats. It's about 1 oz. of nuts and seeds or 1/2 avocado for 120 calories maximum per day on a 2000-calorie diet. I don't eat any overt fats. On fitday.com, 1 medium orange (2-5/8" diameter) has 5% calcium and 1% iron. I don't worry about nutrients. I have staples of bananas, dates, tomatoes, and greens. I have one or two variable fruits per week that I change throughout the year. I buy the fruits in bulk (by the case, in boxes). I also have been eating foods from the garden where I live, from wild food, from the farm where I volunteer, and from an organic farmer who knows the farmer where I volunteer. So, as long as you are eating whole, fresh, ripe, raw, organic, low-fat fruits and greens, consuming enough calories, and limiting your fat to less than 10% of calories, you are on track. We don't worry about specific types of nutrients because we get variety over the year and are eating undamaged nutrients.
