Thanks for the response, Christopher! Yes, I am
eating mostly organic. I have a small, organic
garden in my yard. Most of the fruit I eat is
organic and all of my greens and veggies are
organic. It's hard to find organic fruit in my
area. Normally I have to drive an hour or more to
find a variety of organic fruit that's in season. I
find myself eating a lot of bananas, because that's
one of the few things I can find in my area that's
organic...That and greens. I'm trying to only eat
what's in season. I eat when hungry and stop once I
feel satiated. There have been a few times that
I've over ate for the fear of not getting enough
calories, but I'm slowly learning what my limit is.
Most of my meals are mono-meals, with the exception
of my blended greens.

As far as my physical activity goes, I normally walk
2-4 miles a day about 5-6 days a week. I'm planning
on getting back into yoga and bike riding. Due to a
hip injury that happened last year, I'm currently
unable to jog like I would like, so I do what I can.
I also work a job that requires me to be on my feet
for most of my day, so I feel that although I'm not
actually working out, I'm still getting some form of
physical activity in. Most of my days consist of me
doing some form of moving around, whether I'm
working, cleaning, working in my garden or doing my
daily walk.

I typically spend 1-2 hours or more if I can outside
at least 4-6 days a week, depending on the weather.
I also get 8-9 hours of sleep per night. If I'm
doing everything that comes with this lifestyle,
then I shouldn't worry too much about the percentage
of calcium and iron that I'm getting...Just as long
as I feel good, am eating plenty of calories and
staying active, right?
