Are you eating organic? The nutrition is also affected by the soil. Organic does not always mean great soil, but it's better than growing on chemicals.

Besides soil, the amount of calories will determine how many nutrients you get. If you are eating enough to not be hungry, then you eating enough. This lifestyle encourages fitness, which requires more calories, and thus you will eat more nutrients.

Sunlight will affect the use of calcium.

Sleep and emotional poise will affect nutrition.

Simplicity at the meal and variety in the year of whole, fresh, ripe, raw, organic, low-fat fruits and greens will ensure plenty of nutrients.

If you follow this diet and lifestyle, you are doing better than everyone except us.
