Hello! I have been doing 80/10/10rv for two weeks now and I feel great! I've also been tracking my calorie intake on nutridiary.com and I've noticed that I'm only averaging about 40-70% on calcium and iron. Can someone give me some information on what foods are high in calcium and iron? I've tried finding information online, but am not having any luck. Am I getting enough calcium and iron? My daily intake consists of 5-6 bananas or a very large fruit smoothie followed by green, leafy lettuce blended with water for breakfast. For lunch I typically have 6 bananas or 4 mangos. I normally eat a whole cucumber with cherry tomatoes or with a whole red bell pepper for an afternoon snack and for dinner I will eat about 600 calories in fruit followed by green, leafy lettuce and 6 celery stalks blended with water. On average, I eat about 1600-1800 calories a day, which is a lot more than I was eating before I started 80/10/10rv. I typically consume a pound of leafy, greens every day.
