The consult with Dr. Graham is the least expensive way to have your problems addressed in depth by Dr. Graham:

The 80/10/10 Diet book is what I would recommend as a first investment in Dr. Graham's work.
Internet resources that I like are FoodnSport, Andrew Perlot, and Michael Arnstein.
To cover the extra cost of the fresh, organic food, you would have to spend less in other areas. This is the most expensive part of the diet. I used to live on a large bag of brown rice, olive oil, and sea salt, and that was cheap compared to what I spend now. However, I had low energy, more acne, hair loss, a subtle depression, lower confidence, mental cloudiness, and some tooth problems. I was not taking care of myself as I am now.
I bought three hair transplants, one this coming August, to repair the hair damage. I think that I'm on the right track of no overt fats to allow my hair follicles as much nutrients as possible so that they stay health and don't shrink like they used to. It is cheaper to prevent problems than to repair them.
With those resources, you should be able to be successful.
