I would not water fast without medical supervision because each fast is unique and requires someone with experience to guide the fast so that you don't end up in a coma. I recommend Doug Graham's supervised water fast if one can afford it. You will come out of the fog when you eat the 80/10/10 raw vegan diet long enough. It's Goldilocks nutrition: eat low-fat, whole, raw fruits and greens in moderation. Avoid everything bad.
