When I was keeping track I was getting around 500mg to 2500mg of Omega-3 and 500mg to 1500mg of Omega-6 in my diet just from fruit and greens, without any nuts, seeds or avocados. Omega-3 FA and Omega-6 FA are in both foods, and you will get enough and in the right ratio as long as you eat and assimilate sufficient food.
