Attending the events is not necessary to follow a hygienic lifestyle. Doing so is very simple, all you have to do is follow the principles of natural hygiene. The 80/10/10 Diet book is the only book that many people need, and it does a very good job of explaining how to follow a hygienic diet. And it only costs $30, which is within the price range of just about everyone living in Western countries. On top top of that, Dr. Graham offers his time freely by answering individuals' questions on this board. To call the lifestyle elitist is absurd.

I have been able to adopt the hygienic lifestyle without reading any books, just by reading online. I find it to be very simple. I do not need to buy any books, take any supplements, prepare any exotic foods, or follow any rigid routine. Some people need the books and some counseling, but their need does not make the lifestyle, which is inherently simple, complicated or elitist.
