I understand that in your book you provide a calculation for a "rough estimate" of how many calories one should eat; do you still ascribe to this? I wonder because I've recently come across info that suggests that women should eat 2500 calories on LFRV, no matter how tall or active they are. I am just under 5'4" & not as active as I'd like to be with my exercise for the most part being riding my bike around town instead of driving and doing yoga here and there, maybe 3 to 7 days a week. I have a hard time believing I need more than 1800 to 2000 calories. Do you have any thoughts one way or the other?

Thank you in advance,
Aaryn
