The general advice is to give him a 80/10/10rv diet and get him off any non-emergency drugs. That requires a judgment call. Once out of an emergency situation, I would get him off all drugs and keep him on 80/10/10rv. That is what I would do if I were in your brother's situation because I know a woman who cured herself of breast cancer with 80/10/10rv. The hospital's approach is Louis Pasteur's germ theory to attack the germ or the cancer, which lowers the vitality of the patient, and our approach is Claude Bernard's and Antoine Béchamp's milieu intérieur, which is the cellular environment bathed in 80/10/10rv raw materials plus sunlight, exercise, and your thoughts. Changing the environment increases the vitality of the patient so that the patient doesn't have to worry about pneumonia and can eventually recover from cancer. This is general advice and what I would do if I were the patient, so use your judgment.
