I was recording everything in fitday then got very off track with that. Today I had (not in order) about 1110 g honeydew, 17oz celery/kale juice, 245g peach, approx 0.75lb strawberries, 4 pints blueberries, 3 lbs tomatoes, 200g grapefruit, 1lb baby kale for a salad, 814 g banana. I did a simple yoga class and 15 mins toning and about 25 mins light cardio. Most of the food wasnt needed especially all the bananas which I ate after grapefruits and tomatoes.
I've been having a lot of overeating and being sedentary due to depression. For my size and activity level there is no way I'm using all the fuel I put in so it causes candida problems. I am never hungry because I never let myself get hungry. I'm always eating and grazing. There is very little structure. I spend a lot of time at home by myself and my 811 roommate who is never home buys all the food. Ive had a bad habit lately of eating a lot of fruit including poorly combined right before bed. Thats when I do the worst.
I do have a history that suggests adrenal exhaustion. I used to consume tremendous amounts of caffeine but it has been a year without coffee. I've had some tea in the past year but not recently.
6 mos ago for my dental check my teeth were in excellent condition. I used to eat meals and not overeat and exercise more and I felt a lot better and didnt have these problems last fall.

What else would you like to know? I want to get some structure and better habits but don't know where to begin.

Any chance you could list your current daily diet?
Any chance you could tell us more about yourself?
It would be helpful if you could give more history.
Are you eating meals, or grazing?
When did the enamel issue begin?
