Subject:         Fruit and hydration

Dear Dr. Graham,
In the chapter about hydration in raw Nutritional Science DVDs
you say that eating only watermelon leads to dehydration,
because there is too much sugar compared to water, then you
say that most of the time you drink no water because you get
it from fruits and vegetables.

So how is possible to be hydrated eating only fruits and
vegetables, if in fact all fruits have too much sugar compared
to their water content?

I don't think that the water in vegetables can fill the gap.

I'm confused.
