I'm not looking for "more" in terms of my nutrition. I get what I need from the plants provided in nature. Humans aren't grass eaters. Eat grass and you puke. Many people puke just drinking the juice of grass. Salt from seaweed, I can do without, thanks. I pass on all salt. All plants have mega nutrition, that's the entire point of being vegan. Raw vegan, even better. LFRV, 811-style, the most nutritious program I am aware of. If you consume MORE nutrients than what you'd find in 811, you are running the risks of consuming excess, a problem easily as severe as deficiency. I use a mild herb now and then, for specific flavors. Not a big deal, I don't think.
