What exactly are you eating? Is your diet limited to whole, fresh, ripe, raw, minimally processed fruits, greens, nuts and seeds? If so, what amounts of each of these foods are you eating (on average)? What activities cause the leg cramps, when do they occur? What kind of exercise do you do?

It sounds like you need to be eating more tender leafy greens. Aim for one pound of leafy greens per 2000 calories. This should end up being around 5% of your calories. You could even do a little more, just make sure you are getting enough calories overall.
