The focus should be on a variety of tropical fruits. Tropical fruits that are common in the US (if that is the country we are considering) are bananas, oranges, mangoes, pineapples, watermelons, papayas, etc. Blueberries, strawberries, raspberries are all native to temperate regions and should thus be limited.

Dates are usually dehydrated and thus are not a whole food and should be rejected unless fresh. Same goes for figs.

The diet is complete with just fruit and greens. I would advise eating only tropical fruits and greens for a period. Just make sure that you get about 5% of your calories (more or less) from tender leafy greens. I rotate between baby spinach, baby bok choi, mixed greens and different lettuces (romaine, iceberg, etc.).

Also, the thyroid medication is poison, but I am not a doctor nor am I giving medical advice. Medications cannot make you healthy or heal, only the body can heal, when the right conditions are provided.
