Dear Dr. Graham,
Sometimes, like today and yesterday, I have empty stomach with
typical starve-like cramps but I really have NO appetites for
anything. Also I feel very tired in these occasions and I eat very
little. I'm wodering why this happens and if I should force myself to
eat anyway or what. Thank you very much and best regards. Augusto
