Those are healthy foods, but think about the big picture: raw fruits and greens, variety over the year, simplicity at meals. Doug Graham calls that fragmented thinking because a fruit that is high in one thing may be low in another, and so he doesn't believe in super foods. See page 4 of The 80/10/10 Diet book. Lowering the fat intake to covert fats will lead to less fat flowing through the lymph and blood. That will lead to an increase in uptake, transport, and delivery of nutrients, including oxygen and glucose, to the cells.
