A year ago when I was eating low fat starch-based, Total 233 Tri 88 HDL 54 LDL 158.8 Breakfast - Smoothie - bananas,dates, greens. Lunch - large salad, greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, salad dressing usually includes pumpkin seeds or nuts. Snacks -Watermelon, apple, celery Dinner - I'm all over the map at dinner. I mostly snack all evening on fruit. I eat the occassional avocado (less than once a week) & probably more nuts than I should. W/o nuts I have a hard time sticking to 80/10/10.
