I have been having what seem like asthma or allergy symptoms for a few months now. There seems to be mucus or something that drips down my throat causing me to either clear my throat or cough. The coughing is usually much worse just after I exercise. I get attacks occasionally also which seem to not be triggered by anything like when I am lying in bed or just sitting at the computer.

If you can spare a couple of minutes to watch the video on the first page, it explains the methodology. I don't know if this is a scam or if it really works. Any opinion on it would be appreciated.

I would rather just do something simpler to resolve this. If there are other suggestions they too are appreciated. A total fast is not possible right now.
