One pound of fat is equal to about 3500 calories.

http://pediatrics.about.com/od/obesity/a/06_calpound_fat.htm

231 lb - 154 lb = 77 lb gained

Some of that is fat, and some is water. The water loss will be quick. The fat loss will be slow with a calorie deficit. The way in is the way out.

350 calorie deficit * 10 days = 3500 calories = 1 lb of fat loss in 10 days

Keep eating strict low-fat, whole, raw fruits and greens. I use the term fruit to include things with seeds such as tomatoes and squash. Greens are celery stalks and leaves such as dandelion and lettuce. Whole food is the plant in its natural state such as what you see growing on the farm or in the wild. You don't see oil or juice growing on the farm. Those are fragmented foods.

Don't worry. Your weight gain is temporary. Danny Rossa from Connecticut lost 100 lb in a year.
