I call it the lazy-person diet. I buy all of my produce on Tuesdays in bulk (by the box) for a week of food. I also get some from farming. If it needs ripening, I put it in my rented bedroom. If I need to slow the ripening, I put it in the refrigerator. You need refrigerator space, so buy another one if you don't have space. How hard is it to prepare a banana or a tomato? I peel the banana and cut the tomato into eighths (bite-sized pieces). Simplify, and this diet is the easiest diet. Blending may save time in chewing. Once you get in a routine such as buying on Tuesdays in bulk, you don't think about it anymore. It's automatic. Observe nature. A deer walks up to its plant food and eats. See the link below to see a demonstration of preparing for work. I know the person in the video, Danny Rossa. We're from Connecticut, US. He's now 80/10/10 raw vegan. He needs a compost bin to give back to the Earth. That's where he can put his cherry seeds. If he were to bring something that needs cutting, he would have to bring a cutting board and knife or cut it ahead of time. You don't need a blender.
