Eat your greens. I consider squash a fruit because it has seeds, as opposed to green leaves or celery stalks. I usually don't blend, just cut and eat, but I decided to blend some bananas that were at the end of their ripeness. I put the blended banana sauce in a bowl, and I dipped my greens in the sauce. That's an example of how to eat greens if you don't want them plain. If I don't eat greens, I crave salt. My body tells me that I need either greens or go off the diet and eat sea salt. On the other hand, if I eat too many greens, I crave sugar for calories. The body is a great indicator to balance sugar and salt (minerals).
