You're very welcome. I have a feeling that you will succeed because you understand the concepts and because you have the motivation. I remember that Michael Arnstein, a successful 80/10/10rv runner, said to never give up on 80/10/10rv. If you slip up, you keep going forward. I've seen so many people's lives turn around from the worst to the best on this diet and lifestyle. There are no gimmicks. We follow nature.
