I don't know why your head and teeth hurt. Dr. Graham would have to look at your medical history in a consult, but you only just started. What we eat is pretty innocent: raw fruits and greens. It takes time to get used to eating 100% raw fruits and greens because low-fat fruits are low in calories, and most of the calories should come from low-fat fruits.

* You can try different fruits like tomatoes, squash, berries, grapes, etc. I use fruit to mean things with seeds.
* You can change the amounts.
* You can change the amount of sleep and exercise.
