Try starting your day with a huge banana smoothie, say 20+ fruits + some lettuce or greens of choice. If even that time is an issue, you can make it the evening prior and fridge it with an airtight seal, drink in the car/train; not ideal, but better than dashing out without enough. I have done this, occasional times I need to shoot out at 6am. That should keep you going til lunchtime. As Christopher says, at least carry dates for a quick source of calories.
