Subject:	Vomiting from apples???

In my first two weeks on 811 I had no problems eating apples (I never had problems eating apples). Then I didn´t eat apples for the next two weeks, and then last night when I ate two apples, I got sick shortly after. I vomited and had diarrhea for about 10 minutes, and it was over. About a half hour later I was fine. I am trying to figure out why this happened?

I also got sick almost two weeks ago after drinking a banana - pineapple - coconut smoothie at the aiport. I guess I wasn't really thinking. Now I know not to have that combination and not to have coconutmilk at all.
