The diet is raw fruits and greens, so you need both. I include non-sweet fruits in the fruit category, such as tomatoes and squashes, because fruits are things with seeds. In your situation, I would eat any fruit that doesn't hurt me that can be eaten raw. I would find out by trial and error. The same goes for greens. I would eat what doesn't hurt me. I like romaine lettuce. I would sleep as much as possible to let the body heal itself. That's what I would do first. If that fails, I trust in Dr. Graham as a doctor. In a consult, he would get a medical history and go into depth, more than I can do. I strongly believe in the body's ability to heal itself if you provide the right conditions (environment). The food doesn't do any healing. It's just a supply of required high-quality materials. Medically supervised fasting for a month on water is another technique to let the body heal itself because fasting is equated with resting. I would use conventional medicine as a last resort, such as for cosmetic surgery or something not pathogenic where the body doesn't heal itself. I would also use conventional medicine for emergencies, where time is running out and you can't wait. Every drug is toxic, so I don't like long-term drugs unless they are needed to supplement damaged tissue such as insulin for a type I diabetic. I'll post your question about acidity from cooked foods for Dr. Graham for a further explanation because I do not know. Cooking not only damages the food but also creates harmful substances that were not present in the food in its natural state, so I don't recommend cooking for that reason alone.
