I don't have a stressful job as a programmer. I feel restless while sitting so much, so I need to exercise more. The temperature is too cold for me from the air conditioner. I load my canvas bags with bananas, dates, tomatoes, greens, grapes, squash, etc. I bring a 1.1 gallon Rubbermaid plastic container with a lid. I put my non-edible parts in that and dump it in a compost pile at home. I bring a cutting board and knife, two spoons, and a fork. I use mostly the cutting board and knife and cut at my desk. For example, if I have a squash, I'll cut some slices, eat, cut some slices, eat, etc. I spend very little time on preparation unless there's much sand in my greens. In that case, it takes a while to wash it out.
