I don't, any more, though I used to work 10-12 hour
days, 7 days a week, in self-employment. I was not
80/10/10 though.
If your question is about managing food-wise, I used
to snack on oatcakes, grapes, bananas and chopped
apple quarters, prepared that morning, then a massive
bowl of steamed veg (plus fish) at night. I thought
my diet was pretty good until I read Dr D's books.
Being raw at work can require trugging along large
quantities of ready to eat fruit, like the above.
Personally I wouldn't take anything that required
peeling, other than banana.
It all depends on your situation; if you can install a
blender at work to make smoothies, ideal; or you can
take ones made that morning. I think it is Dan
Liferegenerator who sells bottles with suction seals
for this purpose. Car time during the day is the
perfect opportunity to carb up.
The main thing is to take enough so you do not get so
hungry you opt for cooked/non-811 choices.

determination.
