I don't know enough about your situation to say why it has recently worsened, but it could be any of many possible factors, including the poor food combining you mentioned.

I'm not recommending that you eat bananas, but thought you mentioned in your first post that bananas didn't set off your symptoms. As for what to eat after healing, you should find that 811 works just fine for you then.

So, currently, I am suggesting that you get some medical testing done to determine the nature and degree of your current problem. It could be gall stones, it could be ulcers, it could be reflux, it could be something else, or a combination of things.
