The more people from whom you take advice, the more confused you will inevitably become. In this instance, Fred's scare tactics are in poor taste, I think. The Number One rule of marketing is to identify or create a problem, and sell the solution. Fred does that flawlessly in his post. Most dental professionals suggest waiting 20-30 minutes after eating fruit, especially acid fruit, before brushing teeth.
