I just read this post on dental hygiene by Frederic Patenaude:http://www.fredericpatenaude.com/dentalhealth.html
I just started the 811 a month ago, and I was adviced not to brush my teeth untill at least 30 minutes after my meal. However, in Frederic's post it says to brush your teeth as soon as possible after a meal. Now I am a bit confused. Help me to clear this up, please. :-)
