So I had the melon-belly issue and supplemented chromium as per Don Bennett's advice and that did the trick. But now I'm wondering what else I might be missing out on and why I'm not getting this in my diet? I've been 811 about 2 years now. I'd say I've been about 60% organic and 95% raw in that time. Should I supplement for a short term? Or will this correct itself in time? Or do I need to be more raw and organic? Or is there something else I'm missing here? I'm so glad to be able to eat a melon again without any issues! I wouldn't say I have a lot of other issues. One that might be worth mentioning is that I sometimes get heartburn when doing strenuous exercise. Anyway, any advice would be appreciated.
